Dynamic Penetrometer Heavy and Medium (DPH and DPL)

This penetrometer is used for the dynamic probing heavy and medium (DPH and DPM) to measure the penetration resistance during soil investigaions. The 50 kg falling weight is pneumaitcally lifted at lifting height and falls down at the anvil, thereby transfers the energy to the rods.

Standard 50 kg body-weight can be changed and through removing the 20 kg weight can be easily converted into DPM penetrometer standards.

Penetrometer and compressor-aggregate are connected via a hose with quick coupling. All controls are easy accessible and clearly arranged.

The compressor is adjustable for different working pressure that must be set-up according to the type of probing: DPM or DPH. It can also drive the light (DPL) penetrometer.
